Joyce Proffitt Soranno Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joyce Proffitt Soranno of Fairlawn, Ohio, born in Akron, Ohio, who passed away on August 7, 2022 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Bill Proffitt and Jo Proffitt; and her brother Bill "Billy" Proffitt. She is survived by : her husband Nick; her children, Nick Soranno (Claudia), Lisa Alexander (Len), Chris Soranno (Amy) and Danielle Soranno; her grandchildren, Carmen Wagers (Elliot), Zachariah, Isaiah Alexander, Alexa, Cole Soranno, Ashley and Aston Yannuzzo; her sister-in-law Diane Proffitt; and her nieces and nephews, Scott Proffitt (Andrea), Jennifer Proffitt, Angela Steele (Tim), Gina Soranno Smith, Babs Soranno Costanzo (Cuyler) and Michael Guarnieri (Cindy). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and great-grandchildren.
