She was predeceased by: her husband John G. Simon Jr.; and her brothers, Floyd (Libby) and Kenneth Azar (Margie). She is survived by: her children, Diane Brunke (Scott), Jackie Stanley (Rick), Leslee Salhany (Gary), John Simon III (Mary) and Paul Simon. She is also survived by her 13 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren, as well as many beloved nieces, nephews, cousins, and lifelong friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. George Antiochan Orthodox Christian Church (3204 Ridgewood Rd, Fairlawn, OH 44333).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to St. George Church in memory of Joyce Simon.
