With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kay Basile (Fairlawn, Ohio), who passed away on November 1, 2025 at the age of 52. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Kay has departed this earthly realm, her legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May her spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
She was predeceased by: her mother Patricia; and her uncle Dominic. She is survived by: her husband George; her daughter Trish (Kody); her father Robin; her stepsons, Stephen and Christopher; her aunt Nora; and her sister Stephanie. She is also survived by numerous uncles, aunts, cousins and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to One Of A Kind Pets or Summit County Humane Society.
