He was predeceased by: his parents, Emma Kotick and Michael Kotick. He is survived by: his wife Judy Kotick (Pohl); his sister Linda Kempston (Dave); his sons, Jim (Becca), Dave (Michele) and Tom (Amanda); and his grandchildren, Marley, Cameron, Andrew, Gabe, Thea, Audrey, Eliza, Evan and Emma.
