He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Davis and Darlene Davis. He is survived by: his wife Dayle Davis; his grandchildren, Justin Midcap, David Brandy and Payton Overstreet (Jaikaar Gill); his brother Kenneth Davis (Carole); his pet Buttercup; and his caregivers, Cindy Cooper, Stephanie Phillips, Laura Weber, Krysta Van Horn, Mindy Hall and Justine Llewellen.
