We are sad to announce that on January 24, 2023, at the age of 83, Vilma Abood (Fairlawn, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her siblings, Georgette Jamous, George Malek, Mona Nemer, Louis Malek and Danny Malek.

She is survived by : her husband Elias Abood; her children, Anita Abood, Joey Abood and Rose Scaccio (Joe); her grandchildren, Elias Moskowitz Abood, Zara Scaccio and Carmen Scaccio; and her sister Noha Malek Daher. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be sent to Susan G. Komen in honor of the deceased.
