She was predeceased by: her husband James; her parents, Clifford Skaggs and Mary Skaggs; and her siblings, Peggy Skaggs and Bobby Skaggs.
She is survived by: her children, James Anthony (Dawn) and Maura Ann Schlegel (Steven); her grandsons, Anthony Gallagher and Michael Schlegel (Taylor); and her siblings, James Skaggs (Pat), Dee Anna Kumpar (Stephen) and Dean Skaggs (Lydia).
