Matthew Inskeep wrote a sympathy message

“The goodness of God is sometimes never understood when Someone Great and Kind, as Matthew Kotanchek, was taken to Everlasting Life Early from those who knew him and the special person he was. Kelly and Family, please know how sorry I am of your loss. Matt was one of the Best employees I have met at WRTA. If it wasn't for Matt and ALL the improvements he made at WTRA as the Director of Maintenance, 100 employees would have lost their jobs when one of the buses caught fire in the storage garage.”
