He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Manon (Rice) and Maynard Manon; his daughter Melissa Nailor; and his siblings, Richard Manon and Shirley Jackson.

He is survived by: his son James Manon (Jennifer) of Hoagland, Indiana; his sister Norma Cook; his granddaughter Shylo Herman (Adam); and his great grandchildren, Easton, Beau and Angus.
