With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Charles P. Boddiger Jr. of Fayette, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 5, 2026 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles P. Boddiger and Ruth Boddiger (Melzer); his wife Elizabethann (Wingard); his sister Barbara Ludwig; and his children, Paul Boddiger and Debra Pepper.
He is survived by: his children, Matthew Boddiger (Carli) of Fayette, OH, Dennis Boddiger of Cromwell, IN, Cordell Meyer of Archbold, OH and Brenda Montague (Carl Joe) of Fayette, OH; and his siblings, John Boddiger (Leonore) of Pembroke Pines, FL, Mary Lloyd of Freeport, IL and Kathryn Mathys (Alford) of Cresent City, CA. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 42 great-grandchildren, 24 great-great-grandchildren, and many nephews and nieces.
