He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas Campbell and Pollyanna Campbell (Dewitt); his son Christopher Campbell; and his siblings, Becky Moak and Leslie Campbell.
He is survived by: his daughter Diana Hough (Tom) of Wauseon; his grandchildren, Joel, Matthew, Josh, Anthony and Brianna; and his siblings, John Campbell (Nancy) of Florida and Dawn Mclennan (Jack) of Colorado. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to Elara Caring Hospice.
