Gene Graf Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gene Graf of Fayette, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 24, 2026 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Gene has departed this earthly realm, his legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May his spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joy Sam Graf and Joyce Lena Winzeler Graf. He is survived by: his wife Marlene Graf of Fayette, Ohio; and his children, Lisa Aeschliman (John) of Wauseon, Lynne Hoffmire (Wes) of Napoleon and Fred Graf (Becca) of Fort Wayne, Indiana. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 27th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Archbold Evangelical Church. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, May 28th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Pettisville Cemetery. A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, May 28th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Archbold Evangelical Church.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to "Miracle Camp and Retreat Center" or "Home of Hope Orphanage and Christian School of Hope" (c/o Faith in Communities Africa PO Box 53153 Pettisville, Ohio 43553).
