He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Fruchey and Wilma Fruchey (Sebring); his wife Dawn Leupp; his siblings, Lyle, Gene, Charlie, Roger Fruchey, Carolyn Hill and Joellen Wiykovics; and his sister-in-law Joyce Fruchey.
He is survived by: his children, Zachary Fruchey (Karissa) of Fayette and Heather Ackerman (Ren) of Archbold; his grandchildren, Koby Biddix (Bailey), Kayden Kurth (Kara Kistner) and Kolton Ackerman; his great grandchildren, Kaelynn Kurth and Grayson Biddix; and his brother Jim Fruchey of Fayette.
Memorial contributions may be given to the family for future designation.
