He was predeceased by: his mother Karen Cox; his stepfather Charles Cox; his father-in-law Gene Beaverson; his sister Cindy; and his grandson Reese Hylander.
He is survived by: his father Allan Pennington; his wife Christina; his mother-in-law Barb Beaverson; his brothers, Michael Pennington (Denise) and William Pennington (Sarah); his children, Jacob Pennington (Sara), Lucas Pennington (Mikayla), Aaron Hylander, Austin Hylander (Chelsea), Alec Hylander (Paige) and Adriana Hylander; and his grandchildren, Grayson, Addison, Ellie, Kalen Hylander, Harrison, Charlotte Hylander, Carter, Brynnlee, Andi Pennington and Quinton Pennington. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Fayette Methodist Church - Family Life Center (305 E Main St, Fayette, OH 43521). A memorial service was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions in Tim's memory may be given to CHP Hospice.
