She is survived by: her children, Sherry Piddock, Charlie Proffitt (Becky), Frankie Proffitt, Carolyn Perkins, Rebecca Dixon and William Childress; and her siblings, Marie Billings, Shirley Jackson, Sylvia Asbury (Monroe), Brenda Nichols, Linda Timerding and Jerry VanDyke. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren 52 great- grandchildren and 1 great -great grandchild.
