Smith of Fayetteville, Ohio, born in Fayette County, Ohio, who passed away on April 28, 2022, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Coyt Stookey. She is survived by: her mother Nancy Stookey (Northcutt); her husband John J. Smith; her daughters, Mallory K. Smith and Katie M. Doughman (Brandon); and her sisters, Rhonda Stookey and Elaine Stookey. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of special friends.
