He was predeceased by: his wife Matilda Willis Garrison; and his daughter Jacqueline Garrison. He is survived by: his children, David Garrison (Angie), Robert Garrison (Kathy), Kenneth Garrison (Bonita) and Lorieta Garrison; his grandchildren, Justin Garrison, Dasmynne Garrison, Daydrianna Garrison and McKinsey Rae Dozier; his great grandchildren, Summer, Tyler, Cori and Jayden; and his siblings, Betty Mack, Ann Brooks and Jimmy Garrison.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Charles H. McIntyre Funeral Home (323 Union St, Felicity, OH 45120). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Felicity Christian Church (847 OH-133, Felicity, OH 45120). The military honors will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Felicity Cemetery (700 Elm St, Felicity, OH 45120).
