She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Cummins (David), Angela Mahaffey (Brian), Mikie Smith (Kym), Candy Tumbleson, Billy Smith and Shawn Kruger; her grandchildren, Cory (Amanda), Destiny (Kody), Brendan, Katie, Tre, Morgan, Aidan and Philip (Aralyn); her great grandchildren, Cayden, Kaylee, Jaxson, Brody and Spenser; and her siblings, Ron Stephens, Mike Stephens, Patricia Fletcher, Cathy Stamm, Sheila Kohlmeyer and Paula Hatton.
Life long Supporter of St. Jude Children's Hospital, all donations should be directed to them.
