He was predeceased by: his former wife Deborah Mineer; and his parents, Gene Mineer and Betty Mineer. He is survived by: his wife Dottie "JoAnn" Mineer; his stepchildren, Tammy Curtis and Norman Curtis; and his siblings, Judy Colston (late Jack), Betty Lou Mineer, Phyllis Neal (Glenn), Shelly Longnecker (Chris), Herb Mineer (Brenda) and Paul Mineer (Kim).
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Chilo Hill Cemetery.
