He was predeceased by : his mother Sheila L. George (Weakly); his child Jamie; and his sister Karen George. He is survived by : his stepchildren, Samantha Leaper, Shalaina Duffy, JJ Leaper and Eric Kurtz; his stepgrandchildren, Alex Francis, Cadence Leaper, Julianna Slark and Abby Slark; his parents-in-law, Dick Powell and Charlotte Pelphrey (late David); his siblings-in-law, Rick Powell, Dale Powell, Nile Powell, Robert Williamson, Jim Pelphrey, Judy Pelphrey, Kathie Hamilton (Mark) and Julie Switzer (Steve); and his siblings, Tadd George of Findlay, Sharon Powell (Roger) of Findlay and Susan Jackson (Mark) of St. Augustine, Florida..
