She was predeceased by: her parents, Blacque C. Hoffman and Pearl L. Hoffman (Shuff); her husband Paul Lonsway; her daughter Karen Lonsway; and her siblings, Gene Hoffman, Paul Lewis Hoffman, Carol Kuhlman, Margie Koerper and Mary Ann Eberly.
She is survived by: her sons, Steve Lonsway (Kim) of Findlay and Gregory Lonsway of Findlay; her grandchildren, Christopher Turner, Tony Lonsway, Eric Bowman, Zach Bowman, Luke Bowman, Megan Lonsway and Amy Lonsway; and her great grandchildren, Riley, Beckett, Quinn, Peyton, Weston, Madden and Myles.
Memorial contributions in Alice's name may be made to Cancer Patient Services, or to Greater Northwest Ohio Diabetes Association.
