She is survived by: her parents, Nina Hall (Weber) and Edward McCoy; her sons, Richard Mercer, Jr. (Lauren) of Findlay and Andrew Mercer (Elizabeth Gabbard) of Findlay; her grandchildren, Emerson and Onalee Mercer; her husband Kent Miller of Findlay; and her brother Matthew McCoy of Findlay.
