She was predeceased by: her siblings, Aimee Matheny, Nina Nuzum (late Delmer) and Wilson Blair Fruth, Jr.. She is survived by: her spouse Dale Arnold; her children, Bruce Arnold (Denise) and Susan Arnold; her grandchildren, Nicole Hoffman (Jason) and Matthew Arnold (Marla); her great grandchildren, Dale, Cole Hoffman, Luke and Leo Arnold; and her siblings, Joyce Beagle (late Robert), Esther Johnson (late Gerald), Joseph Fruth (late Penelope) and John Fruth (late Nancy). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Arlene's name to Putnam County Homecare & Hospice or to a charity of the donor's choice.
