He is survived by: his mother Christina Stevens (Garry) of Findlay; his siblings, Nicole Lewis, Jonathan West, Tristian Egbert, Jasmine West and Cheyanne West; his grandparents, Charles and Margaret Scott; and his stepsiblings, Cody Stevens (Nicole), Brandon Stevens and Maryssa Stevens.
