She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Horn and Donna Horn (Roof); and her sisters, Mary Kern, Judy Hankins (Tim) and Deb Rickle.
She is survived by: her siblings, Phyllis Henige (Bryan), Charlie Horn, Jim Horn, Tim Horn (Beth) and Laurie Maurer (Gary); and her brothers-in-law, Gary Kern and Gary Rickle. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
