She is survived by: her children, Patty Welch (Mike) of Rawson, Bill Hartman (LuAnn) of Moyock, NC and Ed Hartman (Mindy) of Findlay; her grandchildren, Andrew Welch (Tricia May), Jessica Barth, Stacy Brodman (Cory), Abby Brodman (Matt), Robert Hartman, Breann Hartman (Cameron Washak), Steven Hartman (Ashley), Kaitlyn Hall (Trevor), Justin Hartman and Lauren Hartman; her sisters, Barb Callaghan of Findlay and Debbie (Dave Striner) of Connellsville, PA; and her sister-in-law Shaun Soisson.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in memory of Catherine to Cancer Patient Services or the Flag City Nurses Honor Guard.
