He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles B. Fleming and Dorothy E. Fleming (Breitigan); and his brother Robert Dean Fleming. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jean Bartchlett; his children, Charles Andrew Fleming, Jennifer Lynn Fleming of Findlay and Lisa Ann Fleming of Findlay; and his siblings, Roger Fleming of Florida, James Dean Fleming of Florida, Gary Otis Fleming of Findlay, Jerry Fleming of North Carolina, Susan Evelyn Fleming of Findlay, Melissa Lyon of Tiffin, Connie Mae Gellier of Findlay and Bonnie Boyles of McComb.
