He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Francis and Betty Diane Sampson (Marvin). He is survived by: his close friends, Scott and Connie Galloway of Findlay.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 2nd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Hanneman Funeral Home (370 S Park Dr, McComb, OH 45858). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 2nd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, November 2nd 2026 at 1:30 PM at the McComb Union Cemetery W. (606-614 W Main St, McComb, OH 45858).
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions are suggested to Bridge Hospice Care Center, Findlay.
