He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Dan Parker and Earleen Wilson (Wooley); and his sisters, Willa Dean Parker, Arnetta Gardner and Tracie M Sherard.

He is survived by: his wife Nina Sherard; his sons, Darnell Parker, Jr. of Cincinnati and Burgess Parker of Findlay Ohio; his grandchildren, Alexis, Madison Parker Cincinnati of Ohio, Braden Parker, Calliope Laureano and Gianna Sherard of Findlay Ohio; and his siblings, Robert Charles Parker, Deborah Roe, Reginald Parker Sr., Jerome Parker, Charlene Williams, Pauline Jones, Raymond W. Wilson Jr., Randy W Wilson, Shelia Berry, Carolyn Moss and Derrick Jackson.
