He is survived by: his spouse Jan Bixler; his sons, Matthew Beach of Findlay and Andrew Beach (Ashley) of Findlay; his grandchild Rylie Beach; and his siblings, Kathy Hill of Fostoria, Tracy Mintey (Dave) of Mt. Blanchard, Chris Beach (Lori) of Sylvania and Mike Beach (Michelle) of Mason, Ohio..
Visitation was held on Thursday, August 27th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Coldren-Crates Funeral Home (205 W Sandusky St, Findlay, OH 45840). A funeral service was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions can be made in memory of David to the Findlay Area Hockey Association or the Findlay City Mission.
