Van Pelt (Jeff) of Lewis Center, Ohio; his grandchildren, Kyle Moyer (Renee) of Gaston, Joshua Moyer (Heather) of St. Louis, Leslie Addington (James) of Upper Arlington, Amanda Wigton (Matthew) of Winston Salem, Meredith Candella (Taylor) of Lewis Center, Rebecca Smith (Kyle) of Columbus, Alexander Van Pelt of Perrysburg and Andrew Van Pelt of Lewis Center; his great grandchildren, Corinne, Calvin, Chloe Moyer, Mila, Hana, Graham Moyer, Hudson, Lucy Addington, Clara, Lydia Wigton, Daxton, Chase and Wells Candella; his brothers, Stephen Wells (Marjorie) of Wakefield and Richard Wells (late Jytte) of Wakefield, Massachusetts.; and his close friend Nancy Bowman of Findlay, OH..
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the St. Andrew's United Methodist Church (120 W Sandusky St, Findlay, OH 45840). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 8th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Monday, December 8th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Knollcrest Cemetery Chapel (18085 OH-12, Arcadia, OH 44804).
