He was predeceased by: his mother Elsie Elizabeth Osborn; his stepmother Eleanor; and his siblings, Norman, Donald and Gerry Butts.
He is survived by: his father Edgar Thomas Osborn; his wife Nancy Ann Sebastian; his children, Christian, Eon (Angela) and Bethany Ward (Mike); his sister Linda Dietrich (late Robert); and his grandchildren, Peyton, Olivia, Aidan Osborn, Trent and Taylor Ward.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent to Bridge Home Health & Hospice of Findlay, St. Jude, Wounded Warriors, and Trinity Lutheran Church of Findlay.
