She was predeceased by : her parents, Glen Ritter and Rita Ritter (Fox). She is survived by : her husband David W. Kelbley; and her children, Ron Seifert of Cleveland, Doug Seifert of Cleveland, Brian Seifert of Roseville, MI, Brad Seifert (Tina) of Apison, TN and Deborah Carpenter (David) of Findlay. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, and nine great grandchildren.
