He was predeceased by: his parents, Rex Rozelle and Florence Rozelle (Ray); his grandsons, Tyler Rozelle and Justin Rozelle; and his siblings, Clyde, Charles "Chuck", Alvin, Kenneth "Kenny", Norman, Almeda, Annabelle, Joan, Berniece, Betty and Catherine.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Smaltz (Betty); his children, Vicki Cheney (Brad) of Findlay, OH, David Rozelle (Janet) of Napoleon, OH and Gary Rozelle (Lisa) of Findlay, OH; and his siblings, Frank Rozelle, Marcella Lease and Phyllis Strohl.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorials may be made to Bridge Home Health & Hospice.
