He was predeceased by: his parents, Park Chambers and Doris Chambers (Litzenberg); his son Kenneth Park Chambers; and his siblings, Conard L. Chambers and Sharon K. Booher.
He is survived by: his children, Doug Chambers (Sherri), Deborah Chambers and Karla Hoop; his grandchildren, Lindsey Karle, Steven Hoop, Gage Chambers and Benjamin Chambers; and his great grandchildren, Landon Hoop and Alison Karle.
Memorials may be made to the First Church of the Nazarene, 2501 Broad Avenue, Findlay.
