He is survived by: his stepdaughter Dana Mathias (Chadwick) of Fostoria; his siblings, Jerry Noykos (Amy) of Kimbolton, OH, Steve Noykos (Lynette) of Montpelier, OH and Toni Barker (Randy) of North Baltimore; his grandson Zachary Miller; and his close friend Bob Herringshaw of North Baltimore. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
