She is survived by : her son Rick; her caregivers, Doug Merrin of Findlay, Julie Merrin of Findlay, Rick Merrin (Irma) of Boerne, TX, Janet Lazar (John) of Massillon, Beth Merrin (Kass Miller) of Perrysburg and Steve Merrin (Andrea) of Bellefontaine; her grandchildren, Joey Lazar (Maggie), Justin Lazar (Evelyn), Jennifer Lazar (Shane Watson), Elijah Merrin, Nova Merrin, Rachel Merrin, Emma Merrin, Sophie Merrin, Alex Merrin and Isaac Merrin; her great grandchildren, Watson and Blakely Lazar; and her siblings, Janis Conti (Angelo) and Roger Cramer (Chris).
