Family, friends, and acquaintances remember Frank for his warmth, thoughtfulness, and the moments shared together. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Polutnik and Zora Polutnik (Zuercher); and his brothers, John and Mark Polutnik. He is survived by: his sons, Brandon Polutnik (Abigail Streib) and Brian Polutnik (Brittony Weaver); his grandsons, Owen and Myles; and his brother Steve Polutnik.
Visitation was held on Thursday, August 27th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Hanneman Funeral Home (201 Osborn Ave, Findlay, OH 45840). A memorial service was held on Thursday, August 27th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
