He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles S. Milligan and Jean C. Keineth Milligan; and his sister Missy Taylor (Doug). He is survived by: his children, Lynn M. Milligan (Dean Chai) of Seattle, WA and Matthew C. Milligan (Wendii Brooks) of Louisville, KY.; his former wife Pauline Johnston (PJ); his daughter Susie; his grandchildren, Isabelle R. Moczygemba of Boston, MA and Cyrus Defelice of Seattle, WA; his great grandchild Adeline Defelice of Seattle, WA; and his brother Mark C. Milligan (Mary) of Upper Arlington, OH. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
He has served on the Board of Directors and past president for ADAMAS where he received the Ohio Mental Health Services' "Unsung Hero" award in 2008, American Cancer Society, and Findlay Arts Council.
