He is survived by: his wife Teresa; his sister Lynne West (Mark); his half-siblings, Sophia West and Evgeny West; his stepmother Susan West; his stepchildren, John, Fritz Green, Brenda Hoose, April Karhoff (Josh) and Michelle Willis (Kevin); his grandchildren, Shaylee (James), Matt, Lane (Meghan), Nathaniel, Trinidi, Melody, Logan, Gabriel, Faith, Madison and Owen; and his great grandchildren, Natalie, Ashton and Hadley.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the Armes Family Cancer Center, Findlay.
