He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Phebus and Alice Phebus; and his brothers, Robert and Charles Phebus. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Miles; his children, Jeffrey Phebus (Debbie) and Robyn Phebus; and his siblings, John Phebus (Judy) and Melody Eckland.
