She is survived by: her parents, Dustin Hurt (Regina) of Lambertville, MI and Amy Camron of Findlay; her son Zaevion Hurt; her siblings, Devin Denard of Findlay, Abby of Lambertville, MI. and Reva Hurt of Lambertville, MI.; her grandmother Sue Hurt (Tracy Dindal) of Findlay; her uncle Roger Hurt Jr. of Findlay; her cousins, Jolynn Matheny, Terria Zona, Breonna Genest, Destiny Cramer and Gabriella Genest; her aunt Lynn; and her uncles, Shane Schnipke and Bob Suggs.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Coldren-Crates Funeral Home (205 W Sandusky St, Findlay, OH 45840). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
