He is survived by: his wife Bernice Johnson (Kwiatkowski); and his children, Kevin Johnson (Colleen) of Stow, Thomas Johnson (Janet) of Findlay, Douglas Johnson of St. Mary's Ohio, Karen Henry (Steve) of Florida, Mary Johnson (Debra Levasseur) of Dickson and Sally Gardiner (Richard) of Perrysburg.
