He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert "Bob" Foltz and Evelyn Foltz (Coppler); his wife Cheryl Ann Bender; his son James "Jimmy" Foltz; and his sisters, Carol Gibbs and Debbie Dehring.
He is survived by: his children, Chad Foltz (Vickie) of Marion, Kim McCarthy (Patrick) of Findlay and Kristi Fredo of Columbus; his grandchildren, Katie Gruber, Dominic Fredo III, Kylee Fredo, Anthony Fredo and Trevor Foltz; his stepgrandchildren, Luke, Brieann and Reed Axline; his great grandchildren, Olivia Gruber, Isabella Franco, Maverick Fredo, Colton Fredo, Bianca Franco and Doug Foltz (Jane) of Rawson; and his sister Nancy Kitchen of Findlay.
Memorial contributions may be directed towards the Findlay American Legion.
