He is survived by: his wife Elisabeth Fulkerson (Peace); his parents, Vickey Fulkerson (Ada) and Bobby Fulkerson of Gothenburg, Nebraska.; his brothers, Michael Fulkerson and Jason Fulkerson; his children, Saige Okken, Anthony Fulkerson, Kylee Fulkerson, Wyatt Fulkerson and James Lucas (Leona); his grandchildren, Kayli Calvert and Stephanie Scribner; his daughter Becky Lucas (Jack Brown); his grandchildren, Tristan of Decatur, IL. and TomTom Brown of Decatur, IL.; and his brother Josiah Reagan of Oklahoma City, OK.
