He was predeceased by: his parents, William Foard and Lillian Foard (Ruse); and his son Michael Foard. He is survived by: his wife Jan Foard; his daughter Vicki Foard of Surprise, AZ; his stepdaughter Brittney Lanicek (Steve); and his stepgranddaughter Caroline Lanicek of Tiffin.
