James Steen Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Steen of Findlay, Ohio, who passed away on November 7, 2025 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John "Jack" Steen and Virginia Steen (Dunn); and his siblings, Linda Bissell and Tim Steen. He is survived by: his daughters, Tonya Purtee (Russ) of Findlay, OH and Tara Steen (Travis Hinkle) of Ironton, OH; his sisters, Patti Heldman (Steve Miller) of Findlay and Judy Humphrey (Tony) of North Baltimore; and his grandchildren, Seth Jacomet (Simone), Kylie Spradlin (Ryan), Caleb Dutton, Jake Dutton, Liam Steen and Lennox Hinkle. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
