She was predeceased by: her parents, Marie Feindel and Marvin Feindel; her sister Fay Miller; and her siblings-in-law, Ernie Goodsite and Kathy Leist.
She is survived by: her husband Richard "Dick"; her children, Anne Maynard (James), Richard Hoffman (Kimberly) and Julie Hoffman (David Maltz); her grandchildren, Bethany Ruff (Michael), Janelle Maynard, Meghan Murphy (Kiel), Nathan Maynard (Allison), Gabrielle Maltz and Ryan Maltz; her great grandchildren, Ryan, Logan Ruff and Alaina Murphy; her sister Joneal Goodsite; and her brothers-in-law, Randy Leist and Richard Miller.
Memorials can be made to the Richard and Janice Hoffman Scholarship Fund, established for students pursuing a degree at Bowling Green State University, through the Findlay-Hancock County Community Foundation.
