She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Charles and Faith Smith (Parker); her husband Joe H. Alexander; her brothers, Charles F. Smith and W. Seely Smith; and her son-in-law Michael Curry.
She is survived by: her children, Lee Ann Karhoff (Melvin) of Findlay, Ohio, Marsha Curry of Gahanna, Ohio, George Alexander (Nancy) of Forest, Ohio, Tracy Flavell (Thomas) of Melbourne, Florida, Matthew V. Alexander (Christine) of Charlotte and Margaret Karhoff (Kevin) of Findlay, Ohio.; and her grandchildren, Kelly Roberts (Terry), Brent Curry (Marcella), Beth Hagey (Nathaniel), Scott Flavell (Rachel), Andrew Flavell (Jessica), Melissa Harris (Andrew), Tiffany Riker (Nathan), Lindsey Walker (Aaron), Joe Alexander (Maegan), Matt Alexander (Megan), Parker Alexander (Lindsey), Kelsey Alexander, Jeffrey Karhoff (Lauren) and Rachel Karhoff. She is also survived by 19 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.
