With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jeffrey C. Martin of Findlay, Ohio, who passed away on September 17, 2021 at the age of 46. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Martin and Miriam Martin (Meyers); and his stepmother Judy Martin. He is survived by: his spouse Keli Smoker; his children, Kyra "Jasper", Kyle, Ethan, Aric, Cedrych and Rhonwyn Martin; and his siblings, Robert Martin (Marion) of Boyertown, PA and Sonia Straley (Jeff) of Ephrata, PA..

He attended Gateway Church and worked with the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
